BlazePhoenix

On-chain DEX aggregator on 5 EVM chains: the route is computed in the swap itself, quotes need no API key, and agents connect via MCP.

Introduction

BlazePhoenix — the quote and the execution are one computation

BlazePhoenix is an on-chain DEX aggregator for Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain. It has no routing server: the route is computed inside the transaction that executes it, from public pool state, by code anyone can re-run.

Status: pre-launch. An independent external audit is scheduled before launch.

The problem

Most aggregators compute the route off-chain, on a server you cannot inspect, and hand the result to the chain. What you were quoted and what the chain does are two different computations, and you have to trust the gap between them.

The approach
  • Routing on-chain. Discovery, quoting, believability filtering, split allocation, multi-hop assembly and Uniswap V4 derivation run in 29,183 bytes of public EVM bytecode.
  • Quote = execution. One evaluator prices every leg when planning and again inside the executing transaction.
  • One-transaction solve-and-swap. An entry point takes two tokens and an amount, solves the route on-chain and settles it in the same transaction.
Protections the contract enforces
  • A zero minimum output is rejected at every entry point.
  • The swap reverts unless you receive at least the minimum you signed.
  • An on-chain floor, re-derived at execution, can only tighten your protection.
  • Execution surplus is transferred to you, with a Surplus event.
  • Uniswap V4 hooks that could alter swap amounts are refused by a bit test on the hook address, without calling the hook.
  • Every swap emits an execution proof: quoted output, realised output, applied floor.
Built for developers and AI agents
  • SDK: npm i @blazephoenix/sdk — quote, poll and build swap calldata on every supported chain, no key.
  • MCP server: https://blazephoenix.xyz/mcp — no key, no signup; tools prepare_quote, decode_quote, get_deployments, get_abi. Also npx -y @blazephoenix/mcp locally.
  • HTTP API: OpenAPI at https://blazephoenix.xyz/api/openapi.json, a thin mirror of the on-chain Quoter.
  • Your own RPC: a plain eth_call to the Quoter. BlazePhoenix performs no RPC for integrators.
Research

Technical Whitepaper v2.3, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23084091: eighteen innovations (I-1 to I-18), each with its equation and its section. Complete in ten languages.

Pricing

Free to use. A fixed protocol fee of 0.28% per swap, included in the quote, set as a compile-time constant with no setter.
